An event every week that begins at 5:15am on Wednesday, repeating until December 19, 2018
Interval and/or strength based bike sessions at various locations around Brisbane including Musgrave Park, Mt Coot-tha, Mt Gravatt, Murrarie crit track, Nundah crit track, Brisbane Corso.

For non-windtrainer sessions, arrive 5:20 for session briefing ready to roll 5:30.
For windtrainer sessions arrive at 5:15am to allow time for setup. Warm up starts at 5:30am slowly increase.
Location: Musgrave Park, on the concrete between the pool and Cordelia Street. Car park entry is from Cordelia St.
Bring along: Bike; Trainer (mag, wind, oil – no electricity available); Water/electrolyte; Towel; Running Shoes
(Wet weather back-up will be at the back of Desmond and Molly Cafe in Woolloongabba)
