Functional Strength with Ellyn

This is week 5 of a 7-week training block during the Monday morning strength sessions in preparation for the Noosa Triathlon. These sessions have shifted focus from mobility and general preparation to a more structured approach, entailing more specific strength training, stride power and running/landing mechanics. There will be progressions during the training block to more advanced exercise variations and then 1 taper week to ensure all our athletes are in the best possibly condition leading up the the event.
