Car park entry is from Cordelia St. Bring along: Bike; Trainer (mag, wind, oil – no electricity available); Water/electrolyte; Towel; Running Shoes (Wet weather back-up will be at the back of Desmond and Molly Cafe in Woolloongabba)

If you missed Thursday morning's run, join Simon for an evening run in Teneriffe. Meeting at the Fortitude Valley PCYC at 7pm we warm up to the Teneriffe Ferry terminal. From here it’s up to you, tempo, intervals, steady, or whatever you need to do you’ll have friends as we head towards New Farm Park, turnaround at some point to allow us to get back to the Ferry terminal to cool down back to the PCYC. Meet on the corner of Little Stanley and Tribune Streets at 5:10am for a safety briefing then a 5:15am roll-out. Three groups being taken by experienced ride guides, these groups/distances are - Riverloop extended, Riverloop standard and newbies. If you have a bike with TT bars, please give a little more space as per our Ride Rules and Etiquette guide.
