Meet at Cowch at 5:10am for a safety briefing then a 5:15am roll-out. Three groups being taken by experienced ride guides, these groups/distances are - Riverloop extended, standard and newbies. If you have a bike with TT bars, please sit at the back of the bunch and give a little more space as per our Ride Rules and Etiquette guide.

Mt Nebo

Group 1: leaving from Cowch at 5:15am, ride as a group to the base, then climb Mt Nebo at own pace (Glorious optional). Regroup and return to Cowch 80-100km round trip. Group 2: leaving from Banneton Bakery, 584 Waterworks Rd, Ashgrove at 6am, ride as a group to the base, then climb Mt Nebo at own pace. Regroup at The Gap Bus stop and roll back to Banneton Bakery 50-60km ride. Preferably road bike over TT bike."
